Spring Fever

Spring Fever is the fourth "season" to complete Frank’s “Four Seasons:” Spring Fever, Summer Rain, Autumn Moon, and Winter Wind. This composition is lively – as if the birds and the bees are having a good time, and the ascending scales imitate the flowers growing. When a friend heard this piece for the first time, it reminded her of the “Twitterpated” scene in the Walt Disney movie, “Bambi.” It is fun to play and fun for the audience. This piece has two lever / pedal changes (very easy), one glissando, and is full of Latin rhythm and syncopation.
